If your car is parked for more than 1 minute, turn off the engine. You’ll save money and everyone will enjoy cleaner air.

Today’s engines warm up in less than 30 seconds.
Idling uses more gas every 10 seconds than restarting your car.
An average car burns almost a gallon of gas for every hour of idling.
Exhust is hazardous to human heath, especially children’s health. Studies have have linked air pollution to increased rates of cancer, heart and lung disease, asthma and allergies.
Idling exhaust contains more pollutants than running exhaust.
Vehicle exhaust is a major source of carbon dioxide, which contributes to climage change.

Formulated especially for women, our tea blends red raspberry leaf with balancing lemon balm, mineral rich nettles and alfalfa, rejuvenating ginger to help ease cramping, chamomile for digestion, and rose hips for Vitamin C. We also include lavender for relaxation, spearmint for flavor and cinnamon for taste.

Eco-friendly Flower Bulb Favor

Our fall bulbs in a box favor is packaged with a 100% recycled box. Inside the box is a fall tulip bulb nestled in a bed of 100% biodegradable premium grade wood excelsior shred. 100% biodegradable raffia ribbon is available for an extra charge and personalized favor labels and tags can be purchased separately.
100% recycled box measures 3″ x 3″ x 2″ (see details below).

Assembly is required as all items will be shipped flat. Boxes, wood fill and other items are shipped separately from bulbs, unless pre-assembly option is chosen. We would be happy to assemble these for your event – simply select “yes” in the drop-down menu below.

100% Recycled Favor Box

Natural kraft boxes and white gloss boxes are made from 100% recycled fibers.
Approximately 80% of this is composed of post-consumer recovered fiber. The remaining 20% is pre-consumer fiber sources from industrial trimmings and the like.
These boxes are also 100% recyclable.
A water based varnish stripe is applied to the kraft boxes to give a grooved, textured appearance.
Made in the USA.

Daffodils

Probably nothing in the gardening world is more foolproof and more rewarding than “naturalizing” daffodils. Because unlike most other garden flowers, these fantastic plants are super-easy to plant in fall, they don’t care about soil, as long as it’s well-drained, and they’ll bloom beautifully for you with absolutely no work every spring after you plant them. Best of all, daffodils increase over the years, each bulb developing into a blooming clump. All you have to do is pick the spots. The one thing to remember is that you won’t be able to mow that area until the tops die down. Everything else takes care of itself. In a new or established wildflower meadow, the wildflower plants grow up around the daffodils hiding the fading foliage, so there’s no work to do. And if you’re planting wildflower seed, what could be easier that to pop in the bulbs when you have the ground already turned?

Herbs in a Box Favor At Favor Creative gifts and favors, we strive to do everything possible to be environmentally-friendly. It is our goal to provide our customers with the most eco-friendly options we can. At this time, all of our paper options*, from square tags to [tag]herbs in a box labels[/tag] to our packing slips are printed on recycled paper. We use paper made with 100% post-consumer fibers and is the brightest, whitest post-consumer sheet with minimal amounts of visible specks or dirt. This paper is FSC Certified, supingport responsible use of forest resources, and Rainforest Alliance Certified.

The paper we use is truly an environmentally responsible paper option, manufactured entirely from 100% Pure, FSC Certified virgin fiber, carbon neutral, with 100% Green-e Certified renewable energy.

We are also striving to build an extensive offering of eco-friendly favors and packaging choices ranging from [tag]kraft boxes[/tag] to 100% recycled ribbon to favors that give back to the earth like the wildflower seeds. Each item is packaged with as many earth-friendly pieces as possible. Even the plastic we absolutely have to use is made with 30% recycled post-consumer materials and meet FDA requirements. We are working on substituting glassine bags for the resealable plastic bags. Glassine is a dense semi-transparent paper that according to National Envelope is both “biodegradable and recyclable.”

They say that when two people get married, a seed is planted that will grow and blossom into enduring love if it’s nurtured with kindness and understanding. What better way to give back to the earth and give guests a symbol of your committment on your wedding day.

I love wildflowers – I think they are so beautiful with their colors, life and vibrancy. Wildflower gardens are so bouyant with life, attracting bumblebees, hoverflies and butterflies.

I created these wildflower seed tins for those who want to give back to the earth on their wedding day and give their guests something very unique and special. The seeds can be scattered anywhere and then the customized tin with the bride and groom’s names can be used again and again as a special keepsake of the event.
